All of our products require customization, with the exception of select items available in stock.
Customization Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 19–45 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Because many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, additional processing time may occasionally be required. If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified by email.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship worldwide using trusted international shipping carriers.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be available for selected regions or minimum order amounts.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard International Shipping: 15–39 business days (depending on destination country).
Express Shipping: 10–15 business days (available in selected regions).
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their local customs authorities.
For privacy purposes, customs declarations may use general product descriptions such as “clothing” or “fashion accessories.”

Packages are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging without sensitive product descriptions or visible branding related to the contents.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear depending on the shipping carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
